We recently received the heartbreaking diagnosis that our beloved German Shepherd, Maxine, has hemangiosarcoma. Through one of the hardest moments a pet owner can face, Dr. Reto and the entire staff treated both Maxine and our family with incredible compassion, patience, and honesty. They took the time to explain what was happening, answered our questions without rushing us, and supported our decision to focus on comfort and quality of life. We never felt pressured — only cared for. Especially Dr. Baer’s follow up to my questions when Dr. Reto was unavailable. Even now, as we navigate difficult day-to-day decisions, we are deeply grateful for the kindness and dignity they have shown Maxine. That level of empathy means more than we can express. Thank you for helping us care for her with love and comfort during this time.

Emergency situation with my dog while traveling was handled immediately, compassionately and with knowledge and skill. Amazing and experienced people who are passionate about animals. I was so impressed. They went above and beyond.
