This practice is filled with compassion, knowledge, empathy, communication and guidance. Our three year old pup unfortunately experienced the need to be hospitalized last week and with the observations and knowledge of Dr. Palmer (and unknown staff) the issue was identified and he was quickly stabilized. Justine even brought him out to say hi and visit when we dropped off a prescription, never making us feel hurried or rushed. We will never be able to adequately thank them but we can sing their praises to anyone who will listen.

I have had four dogs over the course of years I have lived in Bozeman. I loved all of them and when I selected a vet to take care of them it was important to find the best, not only in terms of medical needs but, just as importantly, how they related to their patients. For the last eight years, I have been using Baxter Creek Veterinary and in particular Dr. Jennifer Bienafl ( Dr. B) Her level of knowledge, compassion and her ability to relate to pet owners like myself is extraordinary and unique among all of the vets I’ve used over the years. Also I like BCV because they are locally owned. I lost my last dog Kit last week. I took him in for a checkup and when they diagnosed him with a serious cancer issue the only viable option was to put him to sleep. It was an incredibly painful experience for me, but due to the compassion and empathy shown by the whole staff, he crossed the “Rainbow Bridge” peacefully in my arms. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to all of them for the their kindness and genuine sympathy marking the passage of my loyal and faithful friend. If I could give BCV six stars I would be happy to do it.
